What Is Biblical Counseling?
Biblical counseling is a ministry that goes beyond addressing surface-level issues. It seeks to reach into the deepest parts of who you are—your emotions, desires, beliefs, and motivations. Unlike other forms of counseling that may focus solely on behavior or mental health, biblical counseling addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—recognizing that true healing and growth come from aligning our lives with God’s design.
The goal of biblical counseling is not simply to alleviate symptoms or solve problems but to guide you toward a deeper relationship with Christ. Together, we explore how God's truth speaks into your circumstances, offering hope and transformation that are possible through Him. This approach is both compassionate and convictional, aiming to help you see your life through the lens of Scripture, where genuine peace and purpose are found.
My Role as a Biblical Counselor
As a biblical counselor, I approach each session with humility and a deep respect for the complexities of your experiences. My aim is to provide a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns in the light of God's Word. Together, we seek to discern His will and apply His truth to the challenges you face.
I am committed to offering counsel that is honest, caring, and reflective of both biblical principles and practical wisdom. Whether you are navigating a personal crisis, seeking direction, or desiring spiritual growth, my goal is to walk alongside you, helping you to find clarity, healing, and hope in Christ.
Availability and How to Proceed
I believe that effective counseling is a journey that requires time, commitment, and prayer. As such, my availability is limited, as I strive to give my full attention to each person I counsel.
If you are interested in pursuing biblical counseling, please complete the Counseling Request Form to begin the process. Once your request is received, I will follow up with you regarding the next steps.
Please understand that while I aim to serve as many people as possible, my capacity is sometimes limited. If I am unable to meet with you personally, I will do my best to direct you to other trusted resources or counselors who can help.
